The leadership training you gave us provided the exact tools we needed to surpass our very aggressive growth targets this year. Our sales teams’ middle and top performers increased, on average, 30% in their performance as a result of your work, which has led to increased retention for our sales associates and improved job satisfaction for our leaders. Thanks, Bill!

Bill’s Mission and Vision
I’m a business coach and consultant who specializes in helping small business leaders build their company into a thriving, successful enterprise. I do this because I believe one of the true joys of owning your own business is having the freedom to use that business to experience a thriving, successful life. In short, my vision is to help my clients fulfill their highest priorities, both personally and professionally.
What Does Bill Bill Do?
Simply stated, I build business. And I do it in three ways: strategy, leadership, and sales. Most every business leader I work with wants to increase their sales. But success in sales exists in a larger context of sound strategy and quality leadership. So while I address specific issues related to revenue generation–things like measurable processes, accountable activity, and world-class personnel–I do it holistically. In other words, I also address the overall strategy of an organization and the credibility of the leaders driving that strategy. For if these essentials are not in place, any sales increase is unsustainable over time.
I develop strategy, leadership, and sales in two ways: business coaching and business consulting. A coaching engagement with me is a customized, intensive approach to business development that I conduct over the course of three months, six months, or an entire year. Business consulting is even more customized than coaching, focused on a unique challenge facing your business, from forming an executive team to building a sales force from scratch.
Why Work with Bill?
We live in a world where anyone can put the word “consultant” on their business card. So what makes working with me any different? That’s a great question. Here are three answers:
1. The first reason to work with me is this: I have real-world business experience. I’ve been both a sales manager and the CEO of a growing company, and I’ve faced the difficult challenges you face very day. I’ve had to meet demanding quotas and I’ve had to make payroll when times were tough. I’ve stared down cutthroat competitors and I’ve had to let people go from their jobs who were my friends. In other words, I don’t speak from theoretical opinion. I know what I’m doing because I’ve done it.
2. The second reason to work with me, however, is really more important than the first. My clients get real results. I’ve worked with small entrepreneurial companies that doubled and tripled annual revenue. I’ve worked with established sales teams in established industries that set record sales numbers. I’ve even taken on projects where companies were given up for dead, and we brought them back to life and they’re going strong today. The one thing I hear over and over again from my clients is this: What I say we can do, no matter how hard it is, we do. Simple as that.
3. A final reason to work with me is a personal one. I believe that there’s more to life than business. The oft quoted statement is true, “No one on their death dead wish they had attended more business meetings.” There’s a point to building a great business and its point is to create a better life with that business, for yourself and for the people who work for you. No, we’re not going to hold hands and sing kum-by-yah, but we will from time to time explore the real reason why we’re working so hard: family, friends, and person freedom, because I believe in the core of my being that all of us can pursue professional success and personal satisfaction at the same time.
Simply put, working with Bill made me a better business owner. He helped me define the overall scope of my company and motivated me to pursue challenging goals. We also developed a specific set of skills so that I could actually achieve them.
